RE: BJU, Dr. Sam Horn, who I have written about pertaining to TMUS was the former President. They had hired him after the WASC report, their accreditation board, stated that the leadership needed more outside influence, if you will.

Horn was simply brought in to satisfy that requirement, but MacArthur still pulled the strings at both institutions.

He was a die-hard BJU supporter who after being "forced out" back in March, April of this year has returned to South Carolina, pastoring a small church of BJU students/faculty.

A number of BJU graduates would go on to attend TMS, receive full-scholarships, even stipends....and the most coveted position: assistant to John MacArthur. And then, receive the "doctorate of Ministry", quasi-earned, but not with scholastics, but service to GCC.
